The Orca B105 by Orbea is a 2013 traditional triathlon bike with Shimano components. Traditional bikes are designed with speed in mind – often times at the sacrifice of comfort. The bike will be stiff and light with an aggressive geometry in order to maximize the bike’s efficiency. The lighter and stiffer a bike, the better the power from each stroke is transferred to the drive-train and, subsequently, to its wheels. The handlebars are usually positioned lower than the seat to allow for a more aerodynamic posture, and the wheels are closer together to allow for quick handling.
